I walked into our Microcomputer Center at 10:00 this morning, too, and they
had just placed the disk images on the file server.  Unfortunately, they
were FDHD images and I had only brought 800K disks :-(.  I guess I just have
to live with the beta for one more day . . .

PS:  Lay off Apple on this one.  System 7 is free (remember the whines about
how much it would cost?) even if you can't get it on day one.  If you want to
complain, there's the whole issue of 32-bit ROMs that we can chew them out
for.
