Are there any programs which will scan a disk (or set of folders) for
unopened suitcase, postscript, or truetype fonts, and then organize
and display / print an inventory of available fonts?  I'm aware of a
few programs which will do this for fonts that are already opened in
the system, but none that will scan the file system for others.
