My machine came with 2.1 and, a few seconds after printing, it goes silent again. I take this silence as assent, er, as powerlessness, but there doesn't appear to be any light or a voice that announces that THIS PRINTER IS POWERED OFF and I never saw a next laser on a previous version of the OS so I DON'T REALLY KNOW if what I mean by power off is what YOU mean by power off. c.f.waltrip Internet: Opinions expressed are my own.
