They claimed that "someone" had phoned in a telephone subscription in my name. While that may (faint chance) be true, it certainly wasn't *me*, and I don't *want* a subscription after seeing how the magazine handles delivery. I eventually convinced them to wipe the account and delete it. Call them voice and talk to them...that seems to work best...
