No luck. Has anyone else done this before? I have looked at the FAQ, no help there, I have a printcap entry for a laserwriter plus, and a spool directory for the same. I have pin-outs for both ends of the cable (din 8 to DB25), and I have checked that the points that the laser writer lists as important, and they are correct. I think the problem may be in some form of hardware flow control, because the printer 'dialog' thing indicates that printing is occuring much faster than I thought possible. Any help at all will be much appreciated! :-) ----------------------------------------------------------- James McIlree ovrskeek@matt.ksu.ksu.edu
