Good guess.  These two files are part of standard 4.3 BSD.  From the
``Bug Fixes and Changes in 4.3 BSD'' document (SMM:12):

``Two new word lists have been add (sic) to /usr/dict.  The 1935 Webster's
word list is available as web2 with a supplemental list in web2a.''
