I am having a problem with Netware

I am running SoftPC (ega/at module) and using Win3 (crazy me) however after
quitting out of windows I notice that I can no longer see anything other
than the root level of any of the vol the novell server that I had 
mapped to e: drive of SoftPC.  Actually (more importantly) no one else using
a Mac can see anything past the root level.  Everything seems fine from the
PC side so I am assuming that it is a MacVAPS problem.  When I use 
NetWare Control Center (version 2.0 Mac) and try to open a folder I get
     "NETWARE ERROR 150:
       Server out of Memory or
       No Dynamic Memory available"

Configuration
Novell Netware 2.something
 MacVAPS 2.something
EMPAC 386 server
on Ethernet (Phase 1)

various Macs running 6.0.5
