Usually the problem has to due with the various command line options that you use to install the Novell Shell which can disable your warm reboot commands; however; the problem could also be related to some pretty peculiar interactions between various ZDS Device Driver Software and the Novell Device Driver Software. The most interesting problem I have seen was where everytime you had executed a warm reboot on a ZDS Machine after running Novell the EMS Board would think it was a 2.2 Meg Memory Expansion because the EMS Driver was resident and the Novell IPX Driver was resident over top of it!! These are just some of the possibilities of what could be wrong please consult your owners manual for various conflicts of these types there are literally 35 that I know of.
