Hiya.  I use Dvorak.  Damn proud of it too.  I want to know how/if it is
feasible/possible to wire up the keyboard or do *something* in hardware to 

1) make it permanently dvorak
2) make the extend-char key work as `meta' (to set the 8th bit high)
