Does anyone have the c source for gftopxl? This program is in the
tex82 unsupported directory, but I can't get the web2c kludge to
convert from .p to .c. What I REALLY want to do is to convert
pk to apollo (the format used by the dviapollo previewer). The only
route now seems to be pktogf | gftopxl | pxl2apollo. Has anyone had
to deal with this?
