While OzTeX has a fine PostScript driver included, it cannot do such things as rotate text. We make extensive use of this feature for rotated tables and figures (with rotated captions) with other drivers on other platforms (VAX, Sun). Texture's driver supports this capability, but we are attempting to standardize on the dvips driver for all platforms (that way we only need to maintain one set of style files for all LaTeX documents on all platforms).
