Now he has a problem about random number generator. In order to analyze signal frequency more accurately, he needs a method to generate "4-order whiten random sequences". Who could get it ? If anybody knows how to solve this problem, please send a mail to me . Any suggestions, code (C as well as Fortran), or pointers to more help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot in advance, Jenq-Her Lin (mr794348@thcmua.cs.nthu.tw)
