Hi there,

I have a friend who has been engaged in "Signal Processing" for years.
Now he has a problem about random number generator. In order to analyze
signal frequency more accurately, he needs a method to generate "4-order
whiten random sequences". Who could get it ? If anybody knows how to
solve this problem, please send a mail to me .

Any suggestions, code (C as well as Fortran), or pointers to more help
would be greatly appreciated.
