	Is there a commercial program available that performs the same
	functions as WINQVT/Net which doesn't require packet drivers?
	(i.e. something like NCSA Telnet for Windows?)  We just got a
	new system and it's card (Mylex LNE390 EISA card) has no
	packet drivers and I'd like to find a Windows-based package
	that does telnet/ftp/etc....
