How come Win3 PostScript (2.0) drivers put CTRL-D in the begining of file ?
Is there any way (or any other drivers available anywhere) to prevent this ?

Some PS Lasers don't accept output that begins with CTRL-D. Or is this
a new feature in PS 2.0 (handshaking or smthg) ???
