I FTPed QVTNET16.ZIP from cica.cica.indiana.edu and set it up under Windows 3.0 .
The program works great. I have no problems using TELNET and FTP. One of your
machine, a SUN server, is a news server. I have tried to setup the configuration
file for QVTNET several times but I have no success at making 'News' available
under QVTNET. I know this should not be a very complicated thing to accomplish.
The configuration file only asks for the IP or name of the nntp server. If 
anyone has accomplished this please let me know.
