I'm looking for information on how to write a MS Windows device driver for
a non-standard display. Does anyone know the name of any book on the subject
or any other source of information about writing MS Windows device drivers.
I understand there's a "driver writer kit" commercially available for about
$365 from Microsoft I believe. Does anyone know what this kit contains?
