	This must have been beaten to death but I'm new to this group, so:

1. How can I put a background (from a raster file, like -background on
   sunview) to OpenWindows?

2. Is there any way after choosing 'exit' to default the pointer onto
   'exit' and *not* onto 'cancel'?  It drives me *crazy*!! (for some reason
   I don't understand).
