I am running TheNews software on a Mac to access an nntp server on an
DS5000 running Cnews and nntp.  I can read news but when I try to post
TheNews responds with "The server doesn't seem to accept the posting".

The pertinent lines in nntp_access are:
default no no
oboe.cit.cornell.edu read post 

The mac is oboe.cit.cornell.edu and a ps -aux on the DS5000 confirms the
connection from oboe.

Could anyone give me some hints on what I might be doing wrong.
