I attended a reading of Mort D'Arthur by Patrick Stewart last night and after
the reading he answered some questions. Here is what he said:


The next generation cast were a part of NASA's 30th anniversary of space
flight and he got to speak with the surviving members of the Mercury crews.

ST:TNG stoppped filming 2 weeks ago and will resume this coming July for
another season.

The cast has 2 more years on their contracts, it is Paramount's option to pick
up the contracts every year.

He was asked if the Borg are coming back. He said that in discussions with
Michael Piller, they both agreed that it was left "open" if the Borg was
totally gone from within Picard.
