    Direct 2400.  80C31 microcontroller, N27C64-1 (8Kx8) OTP EPROM,
    ADC0804LCD A/D convertor, 1488, 1489 RS-232 chips, connectors,
    wall transformer, plus more.  Good for parts.  Phone line interface
    is dead, interface to PC (80C31...) works great.
