Looks like a 2SA966A and 2SC2236A. MCM Electronics should sell them. Their number is 1-800-543-4330. They sell them by the numbers above, but if you order them by their ECG number, they are a bit cheaper. I think they can tell you what the substitutes are. hope this helps.
