In a few month, I'm going to be moving from the Columbus, Ohio area to the Philadelphia, PA area, and I am hoping to start grad school in Comp Sci with emphasis on AI (especially natural language processing). I've narrowed my choices down to three schools that would be close enough : Univ. of Penn, Univ. of Delaware, and Drexel Univ. I know Univ. of Penn. has a very good Comp. Sci. program, and suspect that it's AI program would be very good too. Does anyone have any information about the AI program at Drexel? I've got some info on Univ. of Del., and they seem to have a respectable AI prgram too. Does anyone have an idea about how it compares to Univ. of Penn.? My preference is for Univ. of Penn., but the cost there seems so high! Any leads from grad students currently there as to how to afford the tuition? From talking with the Assistant to the Director of Admissions in CIS (e-mail), there doesn't seem to be many opportunities open from the school (no Graduate Appointments waiving tuition, etc.).
