The International CB, a new version of what was once known as ForumNet,
is now available on phoenix in version 0.10, ready to connect you to
a server at remus.rutgers.edu from where you can join chat-groups (FREE).

Users with an account at Princeton University:
copy the file fn from my root directory. If you have any questions,
send e-mail to hellmond@phoenix.princeton.edu or to jessica@rutgers.edu.

Users who can not copy my file:
Jessica runs the server and she knows far more about ICB than I do.
For full program code and documentation, type "ftp athos.rutgers.edu"
then type "bin", then "cd pub", then "get icb-client.tar.Z", then "bye"
This file is about 300KB large. After "uncompress icb-client.tar.Z" the new
file icb-client.tar will be over 600KB large.

If you want to do that, give Jessica or me an e-mail and you'll get further
information as to what to do.
