Yes, there is, for many machines including SGI (there's nothing special
about the PI, shell-wise).  FTP to tesla.ee.cornell.edu and grab
/pub/tcsh-5.20/bins-5.20.02/tcsh.iris4d-irix3.3.1.Z.
