Can anyone recommend a good, simple client tracking database to run on a HP 9000/360 running HPUX 6.5.  We want to be able to store and retrieve information about our industry contracts, probably no more than 10 fields.  Maximum number of records would be less than 10,000.

Capacity to extend into a more sophisticated marketing system desirable, but not essential at this stage.  Have looked into the Informix+Brock option, but $A10-15K is a bit pricey right now.

Any tips (including suitable public domain software) greatly appreciated.
