Does anyone out there in netland have any information on IDPR
(Inter-Domain Policy Routing) ?  I am specifically interested in any
papers or documents that have been published about it.  Where can
I get my hands on copies of these publications ?

Note that I am looking for information on IDPR, *not* IDRP (Inter-Domain
Routing Protocol)....  I am pretty sure they are different things.
