I was intrigued by their ad which promised future upgrades could be downloaded via phone line. So I gave them a call. They claim that the modem is shipping now with full V.32bis (and V.42 and V.42bis as well). The bad news from my point of view is the price of $ 1,250 for an external modem. I asked them if they had any future upgrades in mind and they said they expect a 19.2 k standard by the end of the year. Has anyone heard anything about a new standard at that speed? This was news to me. Ray
