  Yes, its true.  Cisco is now with a capital "C".

  The executive staff has met, discussed and reached a 
decision on this issue.  Cisco is capitalized in all 
applications, with the exception of the logo treatment 
itself.  Like Sun and Intel, for example:  upper case
in text, lower case in logo.
