It is not written anywhere that I have seen in a lot of Southwestern Bell Mobile Systems literature, and several people whose LIVES are personal communication (one of whom happens to be my dad.. :-) ) (Double grin on the above statement.. :-) ) have told me that they did not believe that there is any law against cellular use in aircraft.
