Message-ID: <1991May15.130836.22244@rock.concert.net> Date: 15 May 91 13:08:36 GMT Sender: news@rock.concert.net Organization: University of North Carolina at Asheville Lines: 13 I have been using single board 68000 based computers to teach 68000 assembly language programming in the laboratory sections of a sophomore level CS course. Now I may have to switch over to using Macs. I would appreciate any recommendations for appropriate software for teaching assembly language programming on Macs. I'm not interested in training assembly language programmers or Mac programmers. I just want to teach these students about the sofware 'innards' of a computer. This lab goes with the first semester of a two semester lecture course using the text 'Computer Design and Architecture.' Thanks, Mark Boyd Computer Science, UNCA boyd@cs.unca.edu
