I'm after a copy of the following paper, which is not available in
Australia:

	Bjarne Stroustrup, "The Evolution of C++: 1985 to 1987", in
	1987 USENIX C++ Papers, Santa Fe, N.M., 1987, pp. 1-21.

Apparently this paper brings Stroustrups book up-to-date with version
2 of the language changes.
