Has anyone out there been able to implement curses as part of perl ?
I have been looking into the cterm program to be run with perl
and tried the jinx program which uses some of curses functionality. 
The response is just too slow.  I am running perl patch level 18 on an
HP 9000/300 with HP-UX 7.05.  Any suggestions on how a user interface can be used with perl ?  Are there any performance measurements for
perl vs sh scripts or C program using curses ?
