I have modest printing needs, i.e., I can tolerate down to a few pages per minute, I wouldn't mind the noise, as long as the printer gives me a real letter quality print and high-resolution graphics. What are the disadvantages of 24-pin dot-matrix printers? I know the disadvantages of laserjets: expensive, bulky, power-consuming, relatively more maintenance. Do you have good/bad experiences with these 24-pin printers? Do you recommend one? Thanks for any followup. SABiT SAY ssay@bcr.cc.bellcore.com
