I've gleaned about 30 of them from various BSD timezone() sources and other deductions -- e. g., TST is Turkish Standard Time, ITA is the Italian time zone abbreviation -- but I'm stumped over a number of ones I have found. For example, where is SLT? My local reference librarians tell me it is an interesting question. :-)
