Ok, we've discussed history files and metoo, but there's one
thing that Elm people can do that I haven't figured out yet:

I save incoming mail under the authors name (save -a
~/Mail).  How can I get my responses filed into the same
file?

That is, how can I get a file composed of all the mail from
a given person, interleaved with my replies?
