Whew!  I've been keeping up on the vote issues -- it's tough work! -- and
am closing on a decision.  This weekend, I plan to read everything, and then
casting my vote.  

The matter may be closed for the BoD, but it ain't over 'til it's over.  Or
until what's-her-name sings.  

Remember, folks:  King & McNamara need to *receive* the ballots by this
coming Thursday (the 23rd)!
