I was running an early IBM 1.2 SE with the Microsoft 1.2 SDK, using the
debugging DLLS. No problem.

I have now upgraded to IBM 1.3 EE and the debugging DLLs no longer seem
to work. I am not surprised by this, but I'm looking for confirmation
that this is my problem. Is it? and is there a uSoft 1.3 SDK?
