 Here's what it says for usage on the new LJIIIP data sheet I just got:

 LaserJet IIP, up to 6,000 pages per month.
	 IIIP, up to 8,000  
	 III,  up to 16,000
	 IIID, up to 20,000
	 IIISi, up to 50,000

I don't work at the division which makes LaserJets, so that's all I know.
