Howdy, OSI folks!  I am new to the OSI world, and was wondering if
someone could direct me to articles on OSI performance measurement.  I
am more interested in overhead measurements (e.g., the overhead
required to transmit n bytes of data using something like FTAM with
GOSIP on an otherwise quiet net) than data rates, but I'll take
whatever references you have.
