A few months ago I announced a technical report describing how to do
authorization and accounting using Version 5 of Kerberos.  Due to disk
trouble, that report has moved.  It may now be retrieved by anonymous
FTP from CS.WASHINGTON.EDU in ~ftp/tr.trial/UW-CSE-91-02-01.PS.Z.
