Yes, this protocol is used by Sun's PC-NFS, FTP's Interdrive, Beame and
Whiteside' BWNFS and Cayman's GatorShare (a Macintosh product) at least.
Servers are supplied with SunOS :-), SCO Unix, MultiNet (NFS for VAX/VMS).

No problem - you already have a legal copy. Look at common.h, which has a
copyleftish disclaimer.
