Lines: 18 Here is the situation: We have PC's that use Novell Netware. They are all running on Token Ring. We would like to be able to access UNIX machines from these PC's. We are using Ethernet on the backside of the Novell file servers which goes out through a Cisco router to other offices. Is there a way to use TCP/IP with our configuration with out purchasing a *grunch* of hardware?? Since I use a Mac I have alot of questions about how this would be done. ex. Can we do this with the current Token Ring? How do you get IP address? etc. Any suggestions on where to turn would be of great help. I have some basic knowledge from reading this group about packet drivers and tn3270 (I do use this on the Mac). ;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; Dane Cantwell O/A Engineer ARCO Oil and Gas Company (Midland, Tx.) dlc@arco.com ;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
