in somebody's brochure for the same, but that's about all I know.
Could someone please post here or mail to me references as to where
I can get more information about this benchmark.

We have about six different UNIX systems that we have ported our
real time data acquisition and control software to.  We have developed
a benchmark that we are using to measure the extent of "real time" on
these plarforms as relates to our application.

We would like to compare the results of our benchmarking with the realstone
benchmark(s).  It would be nice if there was enough correspondence
between them so that we could predict the performance of our software
on platforms we haven't yet ported to from the realstone numbers for these
platforms.
