That's the only one I know of... Just looking at it, there are no licenses / names anywhere in it, just 4 documentation files, and the absolute code so I presume it is not his. It doesn't run in a window - strictly monotasking, and isn't a utility, so won't return you to BASIC after you finish using it if you want a quick editor from BASIC, which would be very nice... Also, there are no sources, so no easy way of getting it onto the desktop. I don't even no where it came from - might have been a UK BBS?
