The 2.0 Compatibility stickers were provided to devlopers last year on a limited
basis for those who could prove that their software worked under 2.0.

This was part of Commodore's 2.0 compatibility program. They gave out 1000 
stickers for each accepted product.

I rather doubt that any more are available from the original program, 
but you may want to call up CA about it.
