Very impressing, clean RGB images, a little flicker, but what do you expect from interlaced??? Got to see the fades, wipes and high speed scrolling. OK, imagine DigiPaint super-bitmap scrolling, except instead of HAM, you have a nice clean 768x480 24 bit image. Looks like it's all set to go, complete with packaging, just waiting for FCC approval. The box is about the size of two thin California Access stacked together. Got to look inside, a few VLSI costume chips and a row of ZIP static ram (1.5MB). I got the blurb sheet, but too tired to type in now... Oh, one of the designers was there and said they are working on the 1/60th sec frame grabber. It's gonna be around $400 extra. Time to sell my DCTV :-( -Viet -- The opinions expressed are not necessarily those of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, the Campus Office for Information Technology, or the Experimental Bulletin Board Service. internet: bbs.oit.unc.edu or 128.109.157.30
