Tom, WOW, you're getting those kinds of reads?  I've got the HF with the 
latest ROMS and with the Quantum 40, the best I could do is in the 600K 
range.  What do you have your MaxTrans set at.  Please let me know how 
you accomplished these kinds of transfer rates!
