You can put all the faster chips in an A2620 you like. The only one that can make the system go any faster is a faster math chip (only an issue if you're doing heavy math-oriented things). The 14MHz 68881 can be replaced with a 25MHz or faster 68882 and an accompanying faster crystal module.
