I have a program which provides services very similar to biff and
comsat but using the Alarm Server...  This means that you can now
get immediate notification when you receive E-Mail.  Since it
uses the Alarm Server it is more "robust" and works better with
the Domain/OS networked environment...  

Is anyone interested in this software or in more information?  I
would be happy to mail a help file or the source, but if many
people want a copy I would like to find an FTP site to give the
software too...  Perhaps someone could post it to a USENET group
for me?  (Can't FTP from here and no USENET yet...)
