Well, a number of people have mailed me since I said I liked
the idea of standardizing on uuencode. All of them provided
arguments for why I was wrong and why Binscii was infinately
better. Personally, I'm not qualified to know for sure...but
for now I will admit I'm wrong or at least not "in-the-know".
